Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellation Policy: • Timeframe: Customers can cancel their appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. This provides ample time to fill the slot with other clients. • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. This fee compensates for the potential loss of business and short notice which may not allow enough time to book another client. • No-Show Policy: Failing to show up for an appointment without any prior notice or cancelling within 12 hours will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service price. This strict policy helps deter no-shows and ensures more reliable booking. • Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of management. Waitlist Policy: • Adding to Waitlist: Clients can request to be added to the waitlist if their desired appointment time is unavailable. This is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. • Notification of Availability: Clients on the waitlist will be notified via phone or email as soon as an appointment becomes available. They will have a specified window of time, typically a few hours, to confirm the appointment. • Automatic Advancement: If an earlier slot opens, the next available client on the waitlist will automatically be moved into the slot unless they have specified otherwise.
